			|  | Responsibilities: -  Define  account  strategy  to  grow  our  business
 -  Establish  and  maintain  good  rapport  with  assigned  Distributor  Senior
 Management  Team  and  operational  teams
 -  Responsible  to  handle  assigned  accounts  in  different  regions
 -  Execute  distribution  and  account  strategy  to  plan  in  the  account
 -  Drive  Demand  Creation  in  the  accounts
 -  Drive  demand  fulfillment  in  the  account  and  ensure  right  inventory
 level & mix  for  business  growth
 -  Establish  communication  channels  internally  and  externally  for  the
 account business  success
 
 Requirements:
 -  BS  Degree  or  above  in  Electrical  or  Electronics  Engineering  or
 equivalent
 -  Minimum  5  years  of  Sales  &  Marketing  experiences  in  electronics
 industry related  areas  with  execution  experience  of  distribution  and
 account  strategy (mid 30's)
 -  Good  spoken  English,  Cantonese  and  Mandarin
 -  Strong  team  player  and  willing  to  travel
 -  Aggressive,  initiative,  independent  and  self-motivated
 -  Integrity  critical
 -  Strong  sales  networking  experiences  with  LG  Electronics
